The beauty of the first frost of the year is waking up to the landscape of frosted leaves in my garden that glimmer in the morning sun. I wanted to capture this short moment of crisp air and magical light before the frost thaws away, so I created the HALLA collection. HALLA comes from the Finnish language and means frost.
These large circular stud earrings are handcrafted from 1 mm thick sterling silver and are 16 m in diameter with an off centered post. The matte surface gives an elegant and soft look but the polished sides give them that pop of sunshine.
