Price and product information
All prices on my website are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT (taxes) for all orders that are shipped to SE and EU.
I reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes of raw materials, any printing errors on this site as well as final sales of products.
I can not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. I always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice. I also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
When your purchase is completed, I will send an order confirmation to you by e-mail. The confirmation will include the following information: the product (s) you ordered, price, billing and delivery address.
If any information is incorrect in your order confirmation or you do not receive an order confirmation, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
Note that you must be over 18 years old to order from ViridiNordics.
I offer payment methods via the payment service ‘Shopify Payments’ that provides 3D Secure check-out (redirecting you to the card issuer’s domain, then back to our online store's domain to complete payment).
I follow the Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS” /PSD2) and do not store any data on omy own side. More info about PCI-DSS can be found on the PCI Council’s website.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Klarna Pay Now, iDeal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods.
Shipping and delivery
I use registered post delivery for all orders within the EU with Swedish Post, Postnord. This allows me to track the package in most countries and you must sign for the receipt of the delivery.
Since some of the jewelry is made after we received your order, the production and delivery can take between 1-4 weeks.
For shipping inside Sweden, a shipping fee is 70 SEK. The remaining EU countries, a shipping fee is 100 SEK.
I can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. SE public holidays and sales periods will effect dispatch dates.
If you would like to receive delivery to a country outside the EU or have questions about delivery within the EU, contact me at email@example.com
Note that you as a customer are responsible for any customs duties / VAT added to deliveries outside the EU.
I offer you the right to return the products within 14 days of the receipt (counting from the next day after you have received your delivery) if you are not completely satisfied. If you wish to return a product contact me by email firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your name, address, email address, order number, receipt/proof of payment and what you want to return. You will then receive an email from me with information on how to proceed and the address where to send the return.
When returning a product it must be unworn, in the same condition as when you bought it and returned in the original packaging. I reserve the right to deduct an amount of the refund amount equal to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the item for used or damaged product
Because of the nature of custom or personalized items I cannot accept returns for those products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you use your right to return a product the shipping cost will be payed by you. Please use a shipping method with tracking as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. When I have received the return, the price of the product is refunded back to the means of payment from which the payment came within 14 days.
If you have received the wrong jewelry or it’s defect you need to send in the complaint to email@example.com as soon as you have noticed it.
We'll need your name, order number/proof of payment, description of the defect, as well as an images of the jewelry to handle the complaint.
The right of complaint does not apply to damage to the product that occurs as a result of wear and tear, self-inflicted damage, for example, that the product was not handled according to the care advice available on our website or if the product was used incorrectly.
If the product is broken at delivery contact me by email immediately with a picture of the unopened package as well as the damage done to the product, I will return to you with a solution to your complaint case.
If it’s not possible to repair or exchange to a similar jewelry, I will refund you for the jewelry according to the existing national consumer protection laws, Sweden (konsumentskyddslagstiftning). I also pay for the return freight for approved complaints.
I reserve us the right to decline a complaint if the product is not defect. I follow the guidelines from The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) (Sweden)
Note! You must always contact us for an approval before you return the defect jewelry.
